We have received the Disability Confident Leader accreditation
We are pleased to be working with Possibility People, who have supported us to gain the Level 3 Disability Confident Leader accreditation.
As a Disability Confident Leader, we benefit from being able to recruit from a large selection of talented individuals to support local businesses. We will support local businesses, by working with them to ensure they can accommodate people with physical and mental needs and they recognise how to support their employees.
We will also act as a community champion for Disability Confident. We will encourage and support local businesses to become Disability Confident, so that they can provide more opportunities for people with disabilities.
